How It Works
Step 1: Contact me to get started!
Step 2: Optional: We kick off with a 90-minute market tour at the Great Market Hall of Budapest, tasting local delights and gathering fresh ingredients. (No welcome snacks if you choose this option, but trust me, you won’t miss them!)
Step 3: Back at your apartment, we roll up our sleeves and get to cooking. This is a hands-on experience, so expect to chop, stir, and learn some pro tips—like basic knife skills and fun food science facts.
Step 4: Once the hard work is done, we sit down together to enjoy the delicious meal we’ve created, paired with Hungarian wines, great stories, and plenty of laughter.
It’s relaxed, fun, and as much about the experience as it is about the food. By the end of the class, you’ll know more about Hungary’s culture, cuisine, and history—all through its amazing dishes.
